Life jackets required for all H20 events
Life jackets (personal flotation devices) are required to be worn for all paddling events sponsored by the CIWOA. If you sign up for an event and forget your life jacket you will not be able to participate and you will not receive a refund. Hopefully, someone will have an extra one for you to borrow. Effective 7/22/2024
If you intend on participating in any CIWOA activities and/or events that do not require a ticket, please complete the waiver and policies form. When the form is submitted through this system, it is only necessary to complete the form once, until such time that an updated version is published. Please note: this waiver is for non-ticketed events only. You will still be required to sign a waiver for specific ticketed events when purchasing tickets in that system.
Enter your e-mail address. Please Note: if you are logged into a gmail.com account, you will need to use that email address or log out of that account first to use a different email. A copy of the form will be e-mailed to you upon completion. Keep this confirmation email to present at non-ticketed events.
Read the waiver and policies.
Agree to the terms of the waiver and policies by typing in your name and phone number.
Click submit. The form will fade/lighten.
Scroll up and complete the "I'm not a robot" picture box. PLEASE NOTE: ONLY SELECT VERIFY ONCE THERE ARE NO LONGER ANY OF THE REQUIRED PICTURES (bus, car, etc,) SHOWING. PICTURES WILL FADE IN and OUT FOR A FEW CYCLES. This is to prevent hackers/spammers.
You will then get a message stating your responses have been recorded.
Keep your email showing that you have completed the waiver, so when attending non-ticketed events you can show the event coordinator.
